In partnership with Queen Ethelburga's Collegiate, Student Council of Good Future Foundation is organising the Smart and Safe AI Use Student Contest. There is increasing awareness that AI should be used responsibly. However, there is no consensus on what responsible AI use looks like in practice. Through this Student Contest, we aim to encourage students to articulate responsible AI use in practical terms and provide concrete examples for other students to emulate.Participants will:
- Choose a Research Topic: Select one topic from our provided list of options
- Create a Poster: Use AI tools to help with both researching the topic and designing the poster. Participants are encouraged to explore how AI can assist with gathering information, organising content, and creating visual elements.
- Make a 3-5min Video: Participants will explain how they use AI responsibly throughout the project, and discuss what they learned about using AI ethically, what challenges they faced, and how they ensured the quality of their work.
If your school is interested in engaging your students to participate in this competition and wish to receive further information, please complete this registration form.
