Croydon AI Summit
At the Croydon AI Summit, organised by the Croydon Business Association, we explored how AI reshapes our communities and educational systems. The event brought together businesses, educators, and community leaders to discuss the challenges and opportunities that AI presents in these areas.
What struck us most was how educators' concerns mirror those of business leaders. How do we give folks more confidence while embracing this AI moment? How do we ensure people aren't just consumers of AI but informed collaborators? How do we make sure the benefits don't just benefit folks who are already at an advantage?
Salesforce Agents with Agency Conference
Our second speaking engagement was at the Salesforce Agents with Agency conference, hosted in partnership with Brunel University of London. This event focused on agentic AI - sophisticated systems that can take initiative, make decisions, and act autonomously in enterprise environments.
The conference showcased how agentic AI isn't a future concept but a present reality that's already transforming the world of work.
At both events, audiences were grappling with the same tension between moving quickly and moving carefully while also prioritising innovation and inclusion.
